The King who reigns over us is the Savior who gave Himself for us.

Prophet, Priest and King portrays Christ with open arms before the cross, surrounded by mountains, clouds, and the light of dawn. The engraved-style scene accompanies John Calvin’s words about Christ’s threefold office: the Prophet who reveals God’s truth, the Priest who offers Himself for our sins and intercedes for us, and the King who rules and preserves His people.

The back carries a longer passage from Calvin’s Institutes of the Christian Religion, describing Christ’s reign for the good of His people—defending them against the devil, sin, and death, and clothing them with His righteousness.

I wanted the image to hold majesty and mercy together. His outstretched and pierced hands welcome us, and the cross behind Him shows what that welcome cost. Our confidence rests in the Savior who speaks the truth we need, provides the sacrifice we could never offer, and reigns over enemies we could never defeat on our own.

Helpful hint! Take one of your own items, measure it, and use those measurements as a reference against the ones listed in this guide.

A Length

Start the measurement from the collar at the top (high point shoulder) and extend the measuring tape down to the item's bottom.

B Width

Begin measuring at one side at the chest level and extend the tape horizontally to the opposite side.

C Sleeve length

Start measuring from the back center of the collar, proceed along the sleeve's top seam to the shoulder, secure the tape there, and continue until you reach the end of the sleeve.
