Faithful Through the Storm Hoodie
The storm is fierce. God’s care is stronger.
Faithful Through the Storm pairs a Luther Rose Cross on the left chest with detailed woodcut-style artwork on the back, inspired by Martin Luther’s hymn “A Mighty Fortress Is Our God” and Psalm 46:7.
Beneath sheltering hands, a small church stands secure while defeated demons lie scattered and others flee. Words from the hymn frame the scene above, while the Psalm declares below: “The LORD of Hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.”
I wanted to tell the hymn’s story through the church held in God’s care. The surrounding darkness is real, but it does not have the final word.
For those who treasure Lutheran hymnody, Biblical art, and the promises of Scripture, this graphic shirt offers a reminder of where our refuge rests.
